How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. For sweet orders placed through partner apps like Swiggy, Zomato and Uber eats, please refer to their respective terms and policies mentioned on their app and website

How do I cancel my order from thesweettooth.co.in ?

To cancel your order, Please contact our customer delight team by writing to care@oorla.com to cancel the order and get refund your payment. All orders should be cancelled within 3 hours from the time of ordering. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests should be initiated within 3 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be provided to the customer if we receive the request within 3 hours of the order

Do you accept bulk orders?
